Your Memories of Cory

If you wish to add a post of your own, I encourage you to do so. It’s simple, really. You just need to register as a user here. I will change your permissions to that of author. You can then write a post, talking about Cory… sharing funny memories… telling the world how he touched your life.

In a few weeks, I plan to gather together all of the links of blog posts and tributes people have made to him on other sites, and will make a large post here, linking to them all. Please help me out by keeping track of any you come across, and emailing me a link to them so I don’t miss any!

This site isn’t “mine”. It’s ours – all of ours. This is a place for us to share our memories of Cory, to help him live on in our hearts. Please, sign up and contribute something of your own.

Sweet, and adorable Cory. I will always remember watching the beginning of a long frendship he and my son Michael developed over the years since they starting kindergarten together. Cory & Michael were pals throughout school. I watched with adoration as they learned to play the drums in grade school , and as they grew into young adults. We still use Cory’s phrase: “Wakey, wakey, eggs & baci.” I remember all the laughter they shared together. Our deepest condolences to Chris, Jamie, Bill and all the family as well as all his friends whose heart he touched. Cory we love you and miss you! Yvonne, Michael and Carrie

If you live locally (Tucson) there will be an interview by Cory’s mom this evening on Channel 9 (KGUN) at 6PM sharing Cory’s life with local viewers. Jamie would also encourage you to watch the 5PM news – they will be doing a lengthy piece on H1N1. Thank you for all your lovely and caring thoughts for Cory and the family.

I remember when Cory learned the song “for he’s a jolly good fellow” only Cory’s version went like this:

    It jiggles alot like jello
    It jiggles alot like jello
    It jiggles alot like jello
    and nobody can bely
